Appointments and cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $29.99 fee. Current availability and service durations are shown in the Square booking calendar.
Secure booking and payment
Appointments are booked through Square. Online product checkout and applicable payment processing are also handled through Square’s secure checkout experience. Review your service or order details before completing payment.
Product shipping
Product orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below that threshold currently show an estimated $11.99 shipping charge. Final product, shipping, and Connecticut tax totals are displayed before payment.
Product questions, changes, and returns
Please contact Techniq Skin & Beauty before sending back a product or if an order arrives incorrect or damaged. Include your name, order details, and a description of the issue so the order can be reviewed and the available next step confirmed.
